You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

ServicePro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business operations.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into ServicePro.

We do not claim intellectual property rights over your business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice and are not liable for loss resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.

You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

ServicePro is provided as is without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall ServicePro Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
